Join this pottery painting workshop in Edinburgh and discover the simple pleasure of decorating your own ceramic pieces. This class is a wonderful way to get hands-on with a new craft, offering all the guidance and support you need to create something special, even if you’ve never picked up a paintbrush before. Working with your hands is a fantastic way to switch off and find a moment of mindfulness. You’ll enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where the focus is firmly on having fun and enjoying the process. You will get to choose from a selection of hand made unique pieces - mugs, jewellery/small dish, plate, cup, travel cup. One piece is included, if you are wanting to paint more, there is a small extra cost for another piece. During the session, your teacher will introduce you to various painting techniques and provide all the materials needed to create your one-of-a-kind design. It’s a low-pressure environment where you can let your ideas flow, and you’ll likely feel a real sense of pride as your piece comes to life with every stroke of the brush. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a beautiful, hand-painted keepsake to cherish. It’s a rewarding way to spend an afternoon that leaves you feeling inspired and refreshed. Please note: Your pottery will be ready to collect in 8 – 14 days, once it has been glazed and fired.
