Thank you for supporting my creative work. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
As all of my products — including greeting cards and ceramics — are handcrafted, creative works, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each piece is made with care and represents a significant investment of time, skill, and materials. For this reason, sales cannot be reversed once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items
While I take great care in packaging every order, if your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage and the original packaging. I will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a resolution at my discretion.

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are made specifically for you.
